My family has had an outstanding experience working with Pat, who, coincidently is also, now, our neighbor. His sophisticated sensibility for modern design is evident in every facet of his work, complemented by meticulous attention to detail throughout each phase of the project. He executed a renovation of our roof, siding and windows, materially enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of our home. Communication was clear and efficient, and the craftsmanship reflected a high level of professionalism and expertise. So impressed were we with the outcome that we subsequently re-engaged his team to complete an upgrade of our deck, which is no small feat. I can’t say enough great things about Patrick at LNC contracting! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Him and his crews showed up on time, communicated clearly every step of the way, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. A true perfectionist!
LNC was hired to complete a full house reno including a kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. The quality of the work is outstanding, you can tell they take real pride in what they do. Every detail was handled with care, and the final result exceeded my expectations. It’s not easy to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely reliable, but Patrick and his guys checks every box.
If you’re looking for a contractor you can trust to deliver excellent results without the headaches, this is the one. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using their services again in the future!
